To protect your exhaust system from grease buildup and the hassles that come along with it, we pressure wash all the components: oven hood, filters, roof fan and duct. Your equipment is cleaned with a powerful degreaser that is injected into hot water and dispersed by a 3000 PSI Pressure Washer. This combination cuts through grease and film buildup, leaving your hood clean to your approval and standard acceptable.

FILTER EXCHANGE PROGRAM
To ensure safety, work quality, customer satisfaction, and timely service, we offer a filter exchange
program. Most companies simply clean filters with a degreaser and steel wool. This method leaves grease buildup in areas of the filter impossible to get to by hand. At “KC” we take your filters off site and soak them in a powerful solvent for hours and pressure wash them. This breaks down the grease buildup hard to get to, leaving the filter’s airways free for easy passage of smoke and heat. All restaurant owners know what it’s like on a hot summer day to have a smoky hot kitchen, right. Well this is one way to help not only ensure fire safety, but it also helps keep your employees happy by keeping your kitchen a little cooler.
Filters will be taken off site, and soaked in solvent for 24 hours, breaking up and dissolving grease buildup that cannot be reached by hand. Develop a filter exchange program suitable to your restaurants needs; monthly, bi-monthly or when your restaurant hood is cleaned.
FAN AND MOTOR INSTALLATION AND MAINTAINENCE:
KC can maintain and install all hood fans and fan motors. Includes: upblast, direct drive and downblast.
WE WILL PERFORM ROUTINE MAINTENANCE CHECKS BUILT INTO YOUR SERVICES.
Maintaining your exhaust systems motor will help your fan perform better and last longer. Maintenance includes inspection and lubrication of motor bushings, shaft bushings, belt change and pully alignment.
